Joe began his manufacturing career in 1976. He worked for an international company that manufactured marine hardware and hydraulic equipment. By 1980 Joe founded a company that manufactured automotive aftermarket components. In 1983 he incorporated N.E.W. Industries, Inc. This company was formed after Joe had acquired the assets of his former employer and he renamed the company Sailtec. After this acquisition N.E.W. Industries, Inc. experienced exceptional growth and was operating as 3 divisions – Sailtec division, Automotive aftermarket division and Machining services division. Growth took place in all divisions and as technology in the marketplace grew with it; a decision was made to focus on the best opportunities surrounding the company. In 1985 Joe invested in the latest CNC machining equipment and then in 1991 invested in a new facility– focusing his attention on the Machining services division. From 1991 until the sale of N.E.W. Industries, Inc. in 2000 the company grew eight fold. In 2000 Joe continued to run the Automotive aftermarket division and also stayed with the Machining services division to assist the company in continued growth until his departure in 2002. Near the end of 2005 while continuing to operate the Automotive aftermarket division Joe decided to return to the CNC machining job shop business along with past business associates and his 2 sons. Pro Products, Inc. currently retains a core group of associates with over 100 years of combined experience in the field of CNC Machining and a motivated President with over 33 years of manufacturing excellence!

Sandy holds a degree in Business Administration and Marketing. She has over 33 years of experience serving as a specialist in finance, accounting, and office management in the manufacturing environment. Her past experience was with our previous family owned company N.E.W. Industries, Inc. She has strong skills in directing our finances and has helped develop Pro Products, Inc. into a company that is both financially stable and well prepared for future investments to best serve our customers. She joined Pro Products, Inc. in 2006 as our CFO.

Jon holds a degree in Marketing and Small Business Management from the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh. His industrial background began as an account manager with Fastenal Company. He has also spent 8 years working part time and full time during school in various positions from machine operator to shop maintenance in CNC manufacturing. He joined Pro Products, Inc. in 2006 as our Sales and Purchasing Manager.

Steven holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration from Saint Norbert College. Following his education he began his career with General Electric in the Southeast region of the U.S. and was chosen as one of six in the nation to participate in their Leadership Development Program. He joined Pro Products, Inc. in 2009 as our Operations Manager. Steven has also spent 8 years working part time and full time during school in various positions from machine operator to shop maintenance in CNC manufacturing.

Lee Ann has over 25 years experience in manufacturing particularly in the areas of quality and ISO. In her past, she has led companies to successful ISO 9001:2008 registration, and managed their Continual Improvement programs as well as performing the necessary functions to maintain ISO registration. She is doing the same at Pro Products, Inc., since joining the team in the beginning of 2011.

Gelana’s previous experience was with Palmer Johnson Yachts as a specialist in Human Resources and Benefits Management for 3 years. She joined Pro Products, Inc. in 2009 as our Customer Service Representative and Office Assistant.

Dave is our Shop Foreman and has 16 years of CNC machining and assembly experience. He is a CNC programmer and setup specialist. He is known for accomplishing the most difficult machining applications and is an expert in fixture building, work holding solutions, and controlling tight tolerance parts.

Shawn is our Lead Programmer, a CNC setup specialist and has 15 years of CNC machining experience. He is known for accomplishing the most detailed programs, is a versatile machinist and is an expert in work holding solutions and controlling tight tolerance parts.
